There is a new cardiovascular disease prevention project in NHS Lothian which is designed to help GPs identify and manage patients at risk of developing cardiovascular disease.
If you have received a text invite please phone 0131 537 4407 and state that you wish to book a CVD appointment .
At the appointment you will have bloods taken and we will check your blood pressure, height and weight. There will then be a follow up appointment with a GP required to discuss the results.
