Sexual Health

Chalmers Sexual Health Centre provides comprehensive, confidential sexual health services including testing, contraception and specialist clinics via direct self referral.

There are many types of contraception available and none are perfect. The Contraception Choices website provides honest information to help weigh up the pros and cons.

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are passed from one person to another through unprotected sex or genital contact. You can be tested for STIs at a sexual health clinic, genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic or GP surgery. Search for a sexual health clinic near you and find out what services they offer.
